The Science4Peace Forum - a forum for discussion among scientists to promote science as a driver for peace - emphatically endorses the "Open letter to the UN Secretary-General concerning Gaza" of the president of Pugwash. We fully support the request that this war must be stopped and humanitarian aid must be delivered immediately to everybody.

The Science4Peace Forum also supports the statement of the Pugwash leaders and "strongly condemns the military attacks by Israel against Iran which began on June 13, resulting in the killing of civilians, scientists, and senior commanders, as well as damage and the destruction of nuclear facilities with the attendant risks posed to IAEA inspectors present. This action represents a dangerous and unacceptable violation of international law and the norms of State sovereignty which significantly escalates tensions in a region already engulfed in multiple conflicts. "
