I would like to start a discussion on future scientific cooperation and if it is enough to follow and agree to the CERN convention [1]: "The Organization shall have no concern with work for military requirements and the results of its experimental and theoretical work shall be published or otherwise made generally available."
We will have a contribution from J. Scheffran on Science and Peace movement in the context of the war (an article he wrote for Wissenschaft & Frieden [1]). Juergen will join at 17:30.
