Last week the 4 big LHC experiments at CERN have decided on the author-list. Collaboration members from Russian and Belorussian Institutes will have their affiliation replaced by: "Affiliated with an institute [or an international laboratory] covered by a cooperation agreement with CERN".

We will discuss this and dicsuss consequences and possible reactions.
