While most pressing problem like peace, climate catastrophe, hunger and poverty need resources, the US has cut aid programs, on March 4, the EU president published an ReArm Europe Plan of EUR 800 billion. In negotiations to form a new government in Germany a huge sum might be allocated for military, and in UK a program of to increase military spending is launched, while cutting significantly in aid programs. The increase of nuclear weapons and participation in the nuclear shield of France and UK are discussed.
