Abstract:

The US president D. Trump threats openly to take over Cuba and foreign minister M. Rubio calls for a regime change. Similarities with the case of Venezuela and Iran are obvious.

• Ulrike Dorfmueller, Hamburg Institute of Advanced Studies and former DAAD representative in Cuba
