Israel and the US launched a military attack against Iran, the second within less than a year. The US is threatening Cuba as never before. International law seems to play no role in politics.

Prof M. Staack will speak about "International law, lack of strategy and military attacks"
Prof M. Staack is Professor Emeritus of Political Science, with emphasis on Theory and Empirical Research of International Relations, at the Helmut Schmidt University of the Armed Forces in Hamburg. He has completed various guest professorships and research visits at universities in China and the U.S. and served as an adviser to the foreign ministers of Germany and South Korea on the foreign policy aspects of a Korean reunification.
We will also hear from insiders on the situation in Cuba.
